      This service is designed to help protect customers against certain shipping and delivery-related risks. It is an optional add-on at checkout, and customers may choose whether to add it to their order.

      What This Service Covers

      Shipping Protection is intended for eligible logistics and delivery issues, including:

      • Package lost in transit

      Important Limitation

      Please note that this service covers shipping-related problems only. It is not a return service, and it does not replace Steeldive’s regular return, refund, or after-sales policies.

      If a customer wishes to return an item for reasons not covered by this shipping protection, the return must still follow Steeldive’s standard return policy. In such cases, the customer is responsible for arranging the return and covering the return shipping cost.

      What It Does Not Cover

      This service does not cover issues such as:

      • Returns or exchanges for personal reasons
      • Product quality issues or manufacturing defects
      • Wrong model, color, or specification selected by the customer
      • Order cancellation before shipment
      • Any non-shipping-related after-sales issue
